US SHIPPING
Fred's Farm Snacks customers get fast, free shipping on all orders over certain dollar amounts (fluctuates depending on certain dates and promotions).
We ship to the Continental US.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 5 - 7 business days.
Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours between 2-7 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to the email address used during checkout.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
An order can be cancelled up until the shipment has been processed. Once a shipment has been created, a return of the items must be made for a refund. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS
We’re dedicated to the best and highest quality experience for our customers. Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original packaging. There will be no returns allowed on special order items.
Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. Product and/or Part Warranties are non-refundable and do not apply to products with damage caused due to accidents or abuse.
